L&#039;adoption d&#039;une strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 modifier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement leurs pratiques d&#039;approvisionnement par un plus grand nombre d&#039;\u00e9tablissements d&#039;enseignement, de municipalit\u00e9s et d&#039;autres acteurs du secteur public pourrait avoir des retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques importantes sur nos \u00e9conomies r\u00e9gionales. Ils commencent \u00e0 voir l&#039;\u00e9norme<br>potentiel d\u2019agir comme un moteur \u00e9conomique pour les \u00e9conomies locales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur<br>d\u00e9cisions d&#039;achat, d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant ainsi les bureaux d&#039;approvisionnement d&#039;une arri\u00e8re-salle<br>fonction de devenir une partie int\u00e9grante de leur d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique face au public<br>plate-forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre continue d&#039;aider les institutions \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer leurs habitudes actuelles en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9penses d&#039;approvisionnement et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le degr\u00e9 et les types de d\u00e9penses qui pourraient \u00eatre engag\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des fournisseurs locaux. Une plus grande localisation des achats renforce la r\u00e9silience \u00e0 long terme des \u00e9conomies locales, offre une protection contre les interruptions de la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement sur de longues distances et constitue le c\u0153ur du \u00ab remplacement des importations \u00bb. Il est bien connu que les entreprises locales qui peuvent approvisionner avec succ\u00e8s les institutions locales se d\u00e9veloppent rapidement vers des opportunit\u00e9s d&#039;exportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux responsables des achats s&#039;inqui\u00e8tent de la possibilit\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des achats locaux en raison des accords commerciaux. En fait, tous les accords commerciaux pr\u00e9voient une flexibilit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable, notamment en ce qui concerne les exemptions, les exceptions et les exclusions. En collaboration avec 6 institutions du secteur public, cette ville de 115 000 habitants a re\u00e7u le prix Price Waterhouse Coppers 2018 pour la <a href=\"http:\/\/heguardian.com\/politics\/2018\/nov\/01\/preston-named-as-most-most-improved-city-in-uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la ville la plus am\u00e9lior\u00e9e d&#039;Angleterre<\/a> S&#039;appuyant sur ce travail, des dizaines d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions de l&#039;UE suivent l&#039;exemple.
