En tant que consultant, il r\u00e9dige des politiques d&#039;approvisionnement, des mod\u00e8les, \u00e9labore des strat\u00e9gies, effectue des audits et met en \u0153uvre les meilleures pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il anime des ateliers en ligne et en classe sur les achats, l&#039;\u00e9thique des affaires, l&#039;\u00e9conomie circulaire, la gestion des contrats, la gestion des stocks, le leadership, la gestion des risques, l&#039;approvisionnement social, la gestion des op\u00e9rations, les \u00e9valuations de performance des fournisseurs, les appels d&#039;offres, les mesures de performance et les strat\u00e9gies de la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement. Il fournit \u00e9galement des \u00e9valuations op\u00e9rationnelles de la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement sur site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Larry est coach acad\u00e9mique pour les cours sur la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement dans le cadre du programme de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership et de la gestion de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 d&#039;Athabasca, notamment sur la responsabilit\u00e9 environnementale. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 Hong Kong et \u00e0 Singapour pour faire des pr\u00e9sentations devant des entreprises de premier plan dans le secteur des biens de consommation \u00e0 \u00e9volution rapide. En 2017, 2018 et 2019, Larry a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une formation avanc\u00e9e sur la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement au personnel des Nations Unies \u00e0 Brindisi, en Italie. Il est conseiller en approvisionnement et formateur pour la Coastal Communities Social Procurement Initiative. Larry anime \u00e9galement des ateliers de formation pour la Procurement School. En 2020, il a fait une pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 la Banque mondiale \u00e0 Washington, DC sur les strat\u00e9gies d&#039;approvisionnement social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Larry a \u00e9crit de nombreux articles sur divers sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement pour des publications commerciales.
