Gatherings
Through gatherings both big and small, we bring together community leaders, organizations, municipal councils, and other key players to build the re-localization movement. We are convening folks across the Atlantic Provinces for film screenings, youth retreats, festivals, community of practice, webinars, retreats conferences, and regional meet-ups.

Summer 2026 we are bringing you the Local Prosperity Festival at the Tatamagouche Centre! Hosted with Rural Communities Foundation of Nova Scotia and North Shore Community Connections Society Featuring keynote speakers, panel discussions, live music, workshops, Up!Skilling sessions, a kid’s zone, on-site camping, local field trips, and much morel. An intergenerational event from children to elders, come spend a weekend of your summer with us celebrating all things local!
